Description

Alpha Wolf is the first boss that you are most likely to kill since it offers Wolf Form. This skill is a great mobility tool in the early game and will push you ahead of others.

Abilities

Alpha Wolf has 3 different abilities it will use throughout the fight.

• Bite: This is Alpha Wolf's basic form of attack that it will use. It is a close combat short range attack. It can be countered or dodged making it easy to avoid.
• Pounce: Alpha Wolf will occasionally do this attack as means to gap close and hit its target. When in enrage mode Alpha Wolf will glow red and will do this move 3 times in arrow. This will cause it to exhaust itself into a temporary recovery mode where it will not do anything.
• Wolves: Alpha Wolf will use this ability to spawn wolf or wolves depending on the number of enemies nearby. The wolves will have varying percentage of creature blood type and will be common wolves.

Alpha wolf can be found patrolling the shown areas.

Strategy

Alpha Wolf is the easiest boss to beat with minimal difficulty. You can avoid all attacks of Alpha Wolf by side stepping or using Blood Rite or dashing. The key to beating Alpha Wolf quickly is using your Shadowbolt. Try to eliminate spawned Wolves for easier fight. When enraged it will give you a visual red glow, when you see this try disengaging and use Veil of Blood to get to safety.

Tips

• Try killing Alpha Wolf near resources for a easier start to build your base.
• You can spare taking damage in this fight for a faster kill.
